What is this course about?

This course is designed to give participants the skills, and knowledge to undertake job evaluation inline with the Hay Evaluation procedures as used by the University. Participants will have opportunity to work with Human Resources on the methodology around job evaluation, it's purpose and recognise fairness throughout the process.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • 1. To understand the background and principles of the Hay Job Evaluation
  • 2. Interpret and apply the technical aspects of the Hay Guide Chart Profile Methodology
  • 3. Apply methodology to role accurately through guided activities and practical application
