We are committed to supporting and enhancing the wellbeing of our staff, recognising that a healthy and positive work environment is essential for personal and professional success. Our wellbeing offering includes a wide range of resources, learning opportunities, and practical tools designed to help individuals take proactive steps towards improving their own wellbeing and supporting colleagues.
Through workshops, e-learning modules, and guidance materials, staff can explore strategies for building resilience, managing stress, and achieving a better work-life balance. 

The Researcher Development Framework (RDF) is a professional development framework for researchers in higher education. This theme supports the following domains on the RDF: Domain B - Personal Effectiveness.
