We support staff to grow, succeed, and feel part of a positive, inclusive culture. Through the Huddersfield CPD Centre, you’ll find a wide range of development opportunities, all in one place. We also lead on organisational development through initiatives such as onboarding and induction, values and behaviours, competency frameworks, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), leadership development, team development, performance management, talent planning and succession, change management, and wellbeing support. Our work is shaped by clear principles: we align with University goals, collaborate with others, deliver high-quality CPD, and aim to continuously improve. Got an idea or a question?
