Growth Efficiency and Effectiveness
There are currently 1 courses available
Over time, we all develop familiar ways of working that feel comfortable and reliable. However, these approaches may not always remain the most effective or efficient as our environment, technology, and expectations evolve. To thrive, we need to continuously challenge ourselves to improve and adapt. This theme focuses on creating a culture of continuous improvement across our University. By leveraging the latest tools, technologies, and best practices, we aim to reduce complexity, enhance productivity, and deliver greater value for our students, staff, and stakeholders. Our commitment to growth and efficiency is not just about doing things faster, it’s about doing them better. It means being open to change, learning from each other, and ensuring that every improvement contributes to financial sustainability, operational excellence, and the long-term success of our institution.
The Researcher Development Framework (RDF) is a professional development framework for researchers in higher education. This theme supports the following domains on the RDF: Domain A - Knowledge and Intellectual Abilities and Domain B - Personal Effectiveness.
