Our Values and Behaviours

Every organisation’s culture is different, and we can only achieve what we do through our people. Our culture is underpinned by three core values (Team, Excellence & Community) which help guide our daily working lives.

Each of these values is accompanied by specific behaviours, providing a shared understanding of what it means to work here and what our community should look, sound, and feel like.

These values and behaviours apply to all staff, and we expect everyone to embrace them, contributing to a vibrant and positive workplace culture across the University.

Our Team Value

Great teamwork is one of our core pillars, and we place a strong emphasis on fostering positive and productive relationships with both team members and colleagues.

Our Team value extends beyond your immediate team(s) to encompass interactions with diverse teams across the University and beyond.
