What is this course about?

This session introduces practical ways to plan, track, and evaluate the impact of your research from start to finish. Participants will learn how to align evaluation with project goals, use indicators and evidence sources effectively, and adapt approaches based on real-time feedback.

The focus is on building confidence in monitoring progress, demonstrating value, and refining strategies for stronger long-term impact.
