What is this course about?

This course will help people managers lead and manage a team effectively. Participants will gain an understanding of how to lead, manage, and support their teams. The course covers key themes essential for managing a team, including leadership, communication, well being, and coaching. It provides a safe and confidential space for managers to discuss the challenges of team management. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their leadership style and identify what truly matters when leading their team.
