What is this course about?

This course includes discussions on how change impacts individuals differently. Participants will examine the brain's role in managing change situations. The course also covers what teams need to manage and deal with change more effectively, as well as exploring the manager's role in supporting their teams through change. Participants will gain insights into the neurological aspects of change. They will also learn strategies for managing change effectively and understanding its effects on people and teams.

Details of any pre-course/programme requirements

You may wish to bring a “change situation” with you to share and discuss, but this is not a requirement.

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • Acquire knowledge on managing and dealing with change more effectively.
  • Develop an understanding of how change affects individuals and teams.
  • Gain information on how the brain functions during times of change.
