Our Programme (Themes and Sessions)
Welcome
As part of our work in People and Organisational Development, we often analyse training needs to better understand what our colleagues across the University need to grow and thrive. From this, we’ve identified a number of key development themes. These themes form the foundation of our approach, a simple, structured framework that helps guide our learning and development offer. Most importantly, everything we provide is clearly linked to the aims of our University Strategy for 2030, so you can be confident that your development is aligned with where we’re heading as an institution.
What if you can no longer make the course?
If you are unable to attend a course we would really appreciate it if you could cancel your place through MyHR as early as possible, so we can reallocate your place to someone else. Please remember we do have a £50 cancellation charge for non-attendance.
