Our Organisational Development Offering

Organisational Development (OD) is a planned, strategic approach to improving how the University works. It focuses on aligning people, processes, and culture with our goals to create an inclusive, high-performing, and resilient organisation. Through initiatives such as onboarding and induction, values and behaviours, competency frameworks, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), leadership development, team development, performance management, talent planning and succession, change management, and wellbeing support, OD helps individuals and teams thrive while enabling the University to adapt to change and achieve our long-term ambitions.
